The McKinley Presidential Library & Museum is a family-friendly history and science museum. The Museum includes the McKinley Gallery, Street of Shops, Keller Gallery, Discover World, Hoover-Price Planetarium, Ramsayer Research Library, and The Stark County Story.
The McKinley Gallery holds the largest collection of McKinley artifacts in the world. Step back in time as you walk through the Street of Shops, a life-size replica of a historic town, including a fire station with a horse-drawn fire engine and a real-life fire pole that children can slide down! Check out the model train layout, housed inside a replica of downtown Canton's train station. Kids will also love Alice the Allosaurus, who will greet you in Discover World, along with an authentic mastodon skeleton whose fossilized remains were discovered in Canton!
