Ana Breuer, Sales and Marketing Manager at Thriller Miami Speedboat Adventures, says the tour is unlike any other due to its unique route. “We cruise down the Port of Miami into Biscayne Bay then head over to Star Island where we slow down,” she explains. There’s no better view than aboard Thriller to ogle the exquisite, lavish mansions on Millionaire’s Row.
“They’re beautiful homes of some celebrities and millionaires. The tour guide gives a narration of how the [man-made] island was before, and how it was constructed.” The tour also includes an up-close look at Fisher Island, the Miami Gold Coast and Key Biscayne.
Accelerating to top speeds up to 50 mph, Thriller lives up to its name. “Children love it, adults love it- everyone steps off the boat with big smiles,” says Breuer, “It’s a great family activity.” Breuer says many people return multiple times, bringing their friends and families when they’re in town.
According to Breuer, what surprises people the most about Thriller is the reasonably priced tickets. This attraction won’t break the bank. Adult tickets (ages 12+) are $38 and children (ages 3-11) tickets are $24. Reservations are recommended and can be made online. Private tours and charters are also offered for corporate events and birthday parties.
